Where the 2027 raise stands

What changes when rates are enacted?

The final table must follow enacted law and the published DFAS rates. This comparison multiplies the 2026 baseline and rounds to the nearest $0.30, matching our empirical 2025–2026 check. Flag-grade caps, currently capped O-6 cells, and the warrant-officer tier are omitted until verified. Official rounding can differ from this arithmetic projection.
